Welcome to Garden Language! Thank you for joining us. This is the landing page to an inspired podcast that seeks to reveal the creation narrative that is littered throughout the scriptures. The garden is one of the Lord’s original designs. After he created us, it was one of our first jobs as he put Humans there to maintain it (Genesis 2:7-8). This podcast format is a mix of dialogue, personal revelation, and or bible study. We share our content to empower and inspire other believers in Jesus with hope for fresh revelation of the Father, or for those who may be seeking to see the heart of God for you. He is Good, and he loves you more than you can conceivably understand.

With that being said, my name is Ray Sullivan. Welcome to the Garden Language Podcast!

Thank you for joining us. This podcast is a faith-based program where we will share:

  • personal revelation from scripture
  • testimonies from doing life with Jesus
  • Conversations with other brothers and sisters in the faith

Ultimately, we want this content to glorify the Lord and lift the body, the church, the bride of Jesus Christ, with love and encouragement.

In 2021, God spoke to me about doing this podcast. I flirted with the idea, but I never took it seriously. Over the last four years, there have been confirmations from the prophetic word I received and the Holy Spirit continuing to drop hints about “Garden Language”. I would see symbols or words that stuck out in environments that generally had no context for them. I would have conversations with people, and they would, one way or another, refer to Garden or Language, and the Lord would speak to me through it, despite most of these individuals having no clue of this desire. In 2025, I had made plans to invest in some business ideas to generate income, none of which included the idea of doing a podcast.

I had a simple talk with my wife about what we should do. She said, “Did you talk to the Lord about it?” At first, I was upset because I received that as if she was “shewing” me away and was not interested in the discussion I wanted to have. After much contemplation and in humility, I obeyed what she was implying. I intentionally took the time and asked the Lord in prayer. I have talked much about these ventures with God and felt his delight in much of it, but I never asked Him specifically about Garden Language. In a moment, I cleared my mind of my rushing thoughts and asked the Lord. What should I invest in, Lord? Immediately, I heard, “Steward that which I have called you to”. In that instance, all the encounters from prophetic words and conversations with people from the last four years came to mind. It was then that I made my decision to do this podcast.

Over the next couple of weeks, more confirmations were made. I stumbled upon research I did for the podcast a couple of years ago. I had made screenshots of a selection of fonts. I imagined a style viewers should see when they read a written logo, “Garden Language”. I had pictures of equipment I was planning to buy to make a designer trail mix. I had the idea of selling GL inspire trail mix to generate revenue for the podcast. All of these encounters were moments when the Lord was speaking to me. My friend Cameron, whom I am so thankful for, was the last confirmation to make this idea a reality.

Our conduct is:

  • We ultimately want to be obedient to the Lord.
  • We trust the Holy Spirit for direction and management of this channel (and content thereof)
  • We have ideas for generating revenue; however, we’re not exactly committed to doing things a certain way.
  • Keeping our updates on time!
